Qualifications:

Associate degree and at least 24 months of experience preferred. Word-processing speed of 60 words per minute, and above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent people skills with those from outside the agency, as well as other staff and volunteers. Good decision maker. Open, direct, and clear communicator. Excellent written and verbal skills, including grammar and spelling. Duties will include managing the front desk and answering the phone, receiving fees from clients, and the performance of other administrative duties as directed by the West Region administrator. The ability to speak Spanish is helpful, as well as a schedule flexible enough to work overtime when needed.

Salary range: $9.27-$16.48 per hour, depending on education and experience.
