About the Resource and Referral Program:
We accept a limited number of online applications on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Services are provided to individuals and families who need help meeting basic needs: food, clothing, shelter, and utilities. Applicants qualified for the program will complete a brief assessment with a case manager in-person. Referrals are made to other agencies when appropriate. Services are offered by appointment only. If the regularly scheduled application date happens to be a holiday and our office is closed, the application will be available the next business day.
We are moving from a transactional program (short-term, one-time interactions) to a relational stabilization model (long-term, deeper engagement).
Each region requires brief case management to those requesting assistance.
Each region has specific funding sources which determine the type and amount of financial assistance we are able to provide.
All individuals will be provided with an opportunity to receive a review of their budget and learn ways to improve their financial situation. This may include learning about other resources for their specific situation.
Referrals for other Catholic Charities’ ongoing case management programs may be provided based on eligibility and interest.
Services are offered by appointment only.
