Press Release: Catholic Charities Receives $23,086 from Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (June 10, 2025) – Yesterday, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend (CCFWSB) was presented with a $23,086 check from Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving.
Throughout the month of March, local Jersey Mike’s owners and operators throughout the country donate proceeds to a local charity of choice. Local Jersey Mike’s franchise owner, Rising Bread, LLC, chose CCFWSB as this year’s charity.
The check was presented at Jersey Mike’s located at 6408 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 with each organizations’ leaders in attendance.
“We are so grateful to Jersey Mike’s for supporting our mission to serve all those in need,” said Dr. Matt Smith, Chief Development Officer at CCFWSB. “We were blown away by the generosity of Jersey Mike’s, as well as the community who visited a store in March!”

Since Month of Giving began in 2011, Jersey Mike’s has raised more than $113 million for local charities.
