School Counselor

Chelsea Geels, MSEd, is a licensed School Counselor who provides school counseling services in local diocesan schools throughout the Fort Wayne area. She earned her Master of Science in Education from the University of Saint Francis and is currently pursuing certification as a School-Based Registered Play Therapist (SB-RPT) through the Association for Play Therapy.
Chelsea brings experience from community mental health, where she served as both a skills-based provider and leader. She is licensed to provide school counseling services to students from preschool through 12th grade and is passionate about helping young people grow into their most authentic selves. Through a supportive and relationship-centered approach, she works alongside students as they navigate academic, social, emotional, and personal challenges.
Outside of her professional work, Chelsea enjoys reading historical fiction, watching comedy sitcoms, and spending time outdoors with her husband and spirited young daughter.

Jenna Scheiber is a dually licensed School Counselor and Mental Health Counselor with Catholic Charities. She provides school counseling services to students in Pre-K through 12th grade within participating schools and offers mental health counseling to clients of all ages. Jenna earned a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies from Purdue University.
Throughout her career, Jenna has worked with youth and adults in public schools, nonprofit organizations, clinical settings, and higher education. A significant focus of her work has been advocating for students and families within school systems, supporting and training educators on mental health needs, and providing treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism-related challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. She is passionate about helping clients develop healthy coping skills and build resilience.
Jenna's counseling style is tailored to the unique needs of each client. She incorporates techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She believes in treating the whole person and approaches mental health through a holistic lens. Outside of her counseling work, Jenna coaches volleyball and enjoys using her psychology background to help young athletes develop confidence, resilience, and mental strength.

Justin Aquila is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). After working as a teacher and pastoral minister for more than a decade, he earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Following an internship in community mental health, he joined the team at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. In his free time, Justin enjoys planning and taking trips, watching baseball, basketball, soccer, and football, gardening, reading, and volunteering at his church.
Justin believes counseling is a space that supports healing and growth. Whether someone feels they have reached "rock bottom" or is seeking the next step toward a more flourishing life, he views therapy as an intentional opportunity to work toward meaningful goals. He serves clients who are doing the best they can while striving to improve and aims to help them increase their psychological flexibility so they can live more freely according to their values. Justin collaborates closely with clients to create achievable goals that guide the counseling process and foster positive change in their lives and relationships.
His therapeutic approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). He also enjoys working with clients interested in integrating their faith and spirituality into the counseling process. Guided by the values of respecting the dignity of every person, remaining curious about the context of each client's experiences, and providing attentive, compassionate care, Justin is committed to helping individuals move toward greater fulfillment and well-being.

Karen Campbell, LMHC, NCC, serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Services for Catholic Charities' East Region. An eclectic and holistic counselor specializing in trauma, she is passionate about helping individuals achieve greater healing, resilience, and self-sufficiency.
Karen earned her undergraduate degree in Recreation and Tourism and discovered her calling to become a counselor while serving as a campus minister for a Catholic parish in Bowling Green, Ohio. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2007 and has extensive experience in career counseling, crisis intervention, addictions, and chronic mental illness. She enjoys working with both children and adults and tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based and experiential techniques, Karen incorporates approaches such as art therapy, play therapy, cognitive restructuring, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy. Her primary goal is to empower clients with the tools and confidence needed to thrive independently and reach their fullest potential.
Karen is also joined in her work by Duke, a standard poodle therapy dog who provides comfort, support, and companionship to clients throughout the counseling process. Outside of her professional role, Karen enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and listening to music.

Melanie Williams, PsyD, HSPP, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Director of Diocesan Mental Health Ministries. Holding a Bachelor’s in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Divine Mercy University, she brings extensive clinical and research experience from faith-based and secular settings.
Dr. Williams integrates Catholic Christian principles into her practice, specializing in interpersonal therapy, emotion-focused therapy for individuals and couples, compassion-focused therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed care. She provides consultation to clergy, conducts evaluations for the Diocesan Marriage Tribunal, and facilitates parish-based mental health ministries.
Additionally, she is a guest host on Hallow, contributing to their mental health section on body image and self-compassion. In her free time, Dr. Williams enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.

Molly Colglazier is a licensed School Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who is passionate about working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate their path toward emotional healing and personal growth. She was drawn to the counseling profession because it allows her to live out the Church's call to recognize and uphold the dignity of every human person. Molly believes that each individual brings unique challenges, strengths, and creative solutions to the counseling process.
Her counseling style balances both directive and non-directive approaches, creating a collaborative partnership between counselor and client. Molly has extensive experience working with children and adolescents and providing support and resources to parents and families. She believes children possess remarkable insight into their inner worlds and feels honored to connect with them through play. Recognizing that meaningful change often involves the entire family system, she actively incorporates parents and caregivers into the therapeutic process whenever appropriate.
Molly utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches that encourage individuals to engage fully with their emotions, remain present in the moment, and thoughtfully process past experiences. She is dedicated to helping clients gain greater self-awareness, hope, and fulfillment. Molly considers it a privilege to accompany each person on their unique journey toward healing, self-understanding, and growth.
