Join us for a morning of reflection, encouragement, and community as we explore the connection between faith and mental health.

This retreat is free and open to Mental Health Ministry participants & facilitators, parish volunteers, clergy, ministry leaders, and anyone interested in learning more about accompanying others with compassion and hope.

Mass + Holy Time

Start the day with daily Mass at St. Pius, followed by Adoration and Confession.

Keynote Address

Beth Hlabse, Fiat Program Director at the McGrath Institute at Notre Dame, will discuss the intersection of faith and mental health.

Panel Discussion

Panel Discussion about Mental Health in a Catholic Multidisciplinary Framework with Beth Hlabse, Dr. Alex Giltner, Dr. Alejandro Corona-Espinosa, and Fr. Jay Horning, moderated by Dr. Melanie Williams.

Optional Lunch

After the conclusion of the retreat, join us for a free lunch and table discussion.
